Introducing myself.
Hello, welcome to my Blog, this will be the first post that I make for this blog. To start will be the easiest because I am talking about myself a little bit. I am Artisia Ridder but you may call me Artia if you wish. In this blog I will try to write on different subject, topics, whatever sounds good to write about. I currently live in Oklahoma but I am originally from Kansas and even though I live in small communities, I do love it here.
I work in retail, if any of you live in the US you can probably take a guess as to what retail giant that I work for. It's an okay job, I wish I was doing something else but considering my location I don't really have much in the way of choices for jobs around here. If I had my choice of job it would be something where I could actually use my History degree or my Art minor.
I am a college graduate, I graduated four years ago and have my BA in History with a minor in Studio Art. College went by way too fast, I enjoyed every minute of it and would go back in heartbeat if I could but I guess in a way I'm glad that I am done with that part of life. I had fun but it wasn't too much fun I mostly studied and did homework. I didn't get the chance to go out and party much or do anything wild but I guess I can be thankful for that because at least I don't have a criminal record that would prevent me from having any good jobs later in life.
I am married, been married for over a year and half but my husband and I have been together for seven years now. We met in college at a Speed Dating event at the dorm that I was living in right around Valentine's Day. And, the actual Valentine's Day we made it official by started dating. I guess that can be another plus for going to college besides getting a college diploma.
I enjoy History, Art, writing, music, movies, books, cooking, and being with my family and friends. I also enjoy gaming, pc mostly. Of all the things that I just listed, my favorite thing to do is to write and listen to music.
